Axe is Merchware -> the least wanted inherrant mod on the market.

Sword maybe 5-10K (probably closer to 5K with a bit of luck in finding a collector for this piece), the inherrant is 3 off max.

EDIT: In reflection to teh r8 sword, I think Firefighter Fred is looking for this sort of weapon with max damage but far from maxed inherrent in his WTB thread.

Hey, thanks for the quick response. Which mod is it? The -10 armor while attacking? I want to take note of which weapons I should keep.

-10 while attacking is merch always unless req7 or 8, or unless it's a crystalline or other extremely rare weapon.

the sword can get a bit more.

You can get away with "-10 while attacking" mod on a Longbow or Flatbow. Their range guarantees you'll almost never be attacked directly. However, it sucks balls on melee weapons.
